Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need my own website?
No, under Exclusive Leads and Pay Per Job we build you a dedicated website with your branding as part of the service. You only need your own website if you go with Managed Ads, since that option runs ads on a site you already own. See Websites if yours needs building or a refresh.
Who builds and hosts the website, and can I keep it if I leave?
We build and host the website for you under Exclusive Leads and Pay Per Job, at no separate charge beyond the service itself. If you leave, we retain ownership of the website and ad account. We are open to selling that website & ad account to you, but it's on a case by case basis.
Will the website use my branding?
Yes, under Exclusive Leads and Pay Per Job, the website we build is set up with your branding, not ours. It would be removed if you stopped working with us.
Do you run Google Ads for me, and who pays for the clicks?
Under Exclusive Leads and Pay Per Job, yes, we run and pay for the Google Ads ourselves. Under Managed Ads, we still run the campaigns, but they go on your own ad account and you pay Google directly for the clicks.
Do you also run Facebook or social ads?
Yes but our main focus is Google Ads initially. Facebook/social ads is something we recommend AFTER you are established on Google Ads and want to grow even more. Homeowners searching Google for a tradie are already looking to hire, which makes it a higher-intent channel than social media for this kind of work.
Can I see the ads and website before they go live?
Yes of course. We send everything over for you to review because we have to make sure the information is accurate.
Who owns the website and ad account under each option?
Under Exclusive Leads and Pay Per Job, we own and host the website and ad account, built with your branding. Under Managed Ads, the website and ad account are yours, in your own name.
What's the difference between Exclusive Leads, Pay Per Job and Managed Ads?
Exclusive Leads: we fund the ads and website, you pay a set price per qualified lead, exclusive to you in your city. Pay Per Job: same setup, but you only pay an agreed percentage when a lead becomes a booked job. Managed Ads: we run ads on your own website and ad account, you pay Google directly for clicks plus us a flat fee per lead to us, and it isn't exclusive. See the side-by-side comparison.
